This is so inspiring. There are times when one becomes a bit weak and wants to fall into the restrains of meat. Then, one comes across MOTIVATION :). Former president Clinton and his newly adopted Vegan diet has drastically changed his life. He's now dropped 24 lbs and admits to feeling better. There is no doubt that adopting a Vegan diet drastically lowers your chances of heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, and many other illnesses.  See for yourself!

I'm a newbee :)


Ola! :) I'm new to blogging but I'm def not new to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. :) I don't even know where to begin...I grew a passion for health years ago. I ran marathons, became a cycle instructor, and now I am off to become a registered dietitian; all because mentally and physically I felt great. I thought that this was the norm and assumed that everyone was doing it. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary, or so I thought. People began to ask me lots of questions...What do you eat on a daily basis Cat? What's the proper form of running? How many calories does an hour of cycling burn? What running shoes can you recommend? What do you eat since becoming vegan? Is dried fruit good for me? Where do you get your protein? If I run faster will I burn more calories? What are good carbs? Should I calorie count? Does soy milk produce estrogen? I mean the questions were endless and somehow I knew the answers. Then something in my brain clicked! A-HA! I need to start a blog. Soooo...here you have it, you will find everything from my breakfast to my dinner. I will also share all my recipes and awesome food store locations. Please don't hesitate to share your knowledge.
